This position offers the opportunity to join a lean, highly visible Corporate Development team during a transformational period of growth.Position OverviewThe Manager of Corporate Development will play a key role in supporting and executing the company's M&A strategy. This individual will be heavily involved in evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading transaction execution efforts, coordinating due diligence activities, and partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a high‑volume deal environment and wants meaningful ownership throughout the transaction lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution efforts across multiple active acquisition opportunities simultaneouslyBuild and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment scenariosSupport all stages of the transaction process, including:Initial target evaluationFinancial analysisDue diligenceDeal structuringClosing coordinationPartner cross‑functionally with finance, operations, legal, and executive leadership throughout transactionsCoordinate diligence workflows with internal stakeholders and external advisorsAnalyze company financials, operational performance, and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and risksAssist with post‑close integration planning and execution supportPrepare presentations, investment materials, and strategic recommendations for leadership discussionsMonitor industry activity, acquisition trends, and competitive dynamicsSupport additional strategic and operational initiatives tied to the company's long‑term growth strategyIdeal Candidate Background7+ years of experience in one of the following:Investment BankingCorporate DevelopmentTransaction Advisory / Deal AdvisoryStrategic FinancePrivate Equity‑related environmentsStrong M&A transaction execution experienceAdvanced financial modeling and valuation capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and active workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadershipHigh attention to detail, strong business judgment, and proactive mindsetPrior experience in a PE‑backed or acquisitive organization is highly preferredCompensationDetermining compensation for this role and others depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
