Due to a surge in acquisition activity and a growing strategic mandate, our client is hiring a Corporate Development Manager to join a small, high‑visibility team driving the company's M&A strategy across multiple business units.

The Corporate Development Manager will:

• Lead and execute end‑to‑end M&A activity, especially transactions under $1B.
• Own and drive financial modeling, valuation work, scenario analysis, and deal structuring.
• Support all phases of due diligence, contracting, internal approvals, and cross‑functional alignment.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and collaborate across finance, legal, commercial, R&D, and business unit teams.
• Interact with external advisors, including major banks supporting larger transactions.
• Operate as a key individual contributor within a tight‑knit team of three, with significant visibility and opportunities for upward trajectory as the team expands.

The Corporate Development Manager should have:

• 3-5 years of Corporate Development or Investment Banking experience preferred.
• Deep, hands‑on financial modeling experience-this role is genuinely modeling‑heavy.
• Exposure to the full transaction lifecycle; candidates with fewer deals but deeper involvement are strongly valued.
• Collaborative, low‑ego, proactive professionals who build strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Healthcare experience is beneficial but not required.
