Coordinate cross-functional global workstreams across Legal, Tax, Finance, Treasury, HSE, and commercial teams to manage complex transaction processes. Build and analyze financial models including DCF, accretion/dilution, comparable company analysis, and valuation scenarios to evaluate deal economics and investment returns. Prepare executive-level presentations, investment committee materials, and transaction recommendations for senior leadership and Board review. Manage external advisor relationships and support negotiation of LOIs, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents. Drive market intelligence, target screening, and strategic analysis to support M&A pipeline development and post-deal integration planning.
