Corporate Development, Senior ManagerAs a leader within Corporate Development, you will drive high‑impact business diligence and companywide strategic initiatives. You will partner with Market Leaders to lead M&A sourcing and business case development. Leveraging deep market insight and analytical rigor, you will develop a prioritized M&A sourcing pipeline. For M&A activities, you will partner with market leaders to articulate the strategic rationale and help market leaders build the business case for each transaction.You will build detailed waterfall models and financial forecasts to evaluate M&A opportunities. You'll work with market and functional leaders to translate business case and value drivers into integration planning, supporting the end‑to‑end M&A process.
