Description

  • Develop and execute a multi-year EHS strategy with clear KPIs and performance tracking
  • Champion a "Safety-First" culture through engagement, training, and leadership influence
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory standards
  • Lead risk assessments, site audits, and hazard mitigation efforts
  • Investigate incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions and prevention plans
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership to drive results
  • Design and deliver effective training programs and behavioral safety initiatives (BBS)
  • Regularly visit sites to conduct walkthroughs and reinforce safety standards

Profile

  • 7-10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or high-risk environments
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Proven ability to influence culture and drive change, not just enforce rules
  • Experience leading multi-site safety programs and initiatives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • CSP, CIH, or similar certification preferred

Job Offer

  • Base salary $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience level
  • 3 weeks PTO + 5 days sick time + 1 floating holiday
