Description:
CTG is seeking a customer-focused Corporate Field Services Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support for end-user hardware, software, and infrastructure issues. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on desktop support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and supporting enterprise technology environments.
The successful candidate will support Windows 11 devices, Microsoft 365 applications, Active Directory, VPN connectivity, endpoint software, printers, and other enterprise technologies while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting service level expectations.

Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, software, and peripheral devices
- Administer and support Active Directory user accounts and permissions
- Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Office 365, VPN, and Citrix issues
- Install, configure, and support hardware, software, printers, and endpoint security tools
- Perform device imaging, deployment, upgrades, and asset management activities
- Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and service activities
- Deploy and support IP telephony equipment and related technologies
- Coordinate customer scheduling, follow-up communications, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to established support processes
- Participate in technical projects, team initiatives, and Smart Hands support activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on hardware support experience beyond imaging and deployment, or equivalent technical experience
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems, including Windows 11
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Office 365 environments
- Basic knowledge of Command Prompt and PowerShell
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new technologies and grow professionally
