Corporate Filing Specialist

A growing compliance services company is seeking an experienced Corporate Filing Specialist to manage corporate filings, business formations, and related compliance services for clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands the corporate filing process and can manage multiple client requests accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be familiar with business formation services and corporate compliance requirements and will be comfortable coordinating filings, tracking deadlines, communicating with clients, and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.

Experience working for a corporate filing or business formation service company is highly preferred. Candidates coming from organizations such as Platinum Filings, B Corp, Vintage Filings, or similar companies will be especially well suited for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process corporate filings and business formation documents

• Coordinate entity formations, amendments, registrations, and related filings

• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission

• Track filing statuses, deadlines, and required follow-ups

• Communicate with clients regarding filing requirements and documentation

• Coordinate with state agencies and other relevant authorities as needed

• Maintain accurate client and filing records

• Monitor multiple filings and projects simultaneously

• Identify and resolve filing issues or discrepancies

• Stay current with corporate filing and compliance requirements

• Provide excellent service and timely follow-up to clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in corporate filings, business formations, corporate compliance, or a related field required

• Experience working for a corporate filing or business formation service company strongly preferred

• Experience with Platinum Filings, B Corp, Vintage Filings, or similar companies is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of corporate filing processes and requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant business systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
