Seeking a Corporate Finance Associate or Senior Associate with 6+ years of experience to join a leading Am Law 200 firm in Denver, Los Angeles, or New York.
This role involves representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions, handling high-level matters, and collaborating with experienced deal teams on market-leading financings.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in debt finance transactions
- Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, and related documentation
- Ability to lead due diligence teams and manage matters independently
- Strong academics and excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits:
