CORPORATE FINANCE DIRECTOR - MANUFACTURING

GNR has been retained to “Confidentially” identify a DIRECTOR  of  CORPORATE FINANCE for a well-established & growing Aerospace/Defense & Commercial MANUFACTURING organization.

We’re seeking an ambitious and experienced “hands-on” finance leader with strong experience managing MANUFACTURING financial requirements.

• This role offers high visibility, reporting directly to the Corporate CFO, you will manage the financials across MULTIPLE  SITES.   
• Collaborating with the Executive team and site Leaders you will assess financials, ALONG with streamline & restructure all processes and practices as needed,  analyze costs & rates,  operational finances,  budget forecasting, audits, risk assessment etc.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• STRONG   MANUFACTURING   FINANCE / ACCOUNTING   experience is REQUIRED
• Cost & Rate structures, Inventory costs, Forecasting budgets, Audits, Mitigate risks, Process & Procedure improvements
• Collaborative style of leadership, you’ll communicate & advise the Executive team on financial findings.
• Ensure consistency of financial reporting from the sites.
• Drive month end close, ensure compliances (audits/taxes), cash/lender reporting/debt covenants.
• BS / MS / MBA with over 10+ years of experience
• US Citizenship

• NOT REQUIRED but a PLUS if you have:  DoD/Gov’t programs - FAR/DFAR  -  M&A  -   CPA / CMA
