Role Summary<\/span><\/span><\/b>

This associate will advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters, with a strong focus on healthcare. The position involves direct partner and client engagement, with significant responsibility across all deal stages.<\/span>

  • 4–7 years of corporate transactional experience<\/span>

  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Licensed or eligible to practice in Washington<\/span>
