Position: Corporate Fitness Specialist
Location: Newark, DE 19702
Duration: 8/17/26 - 11/16/26 (Possible extension or conversion to Perm.)
Pay: $35 - 40/hr. (Based on experience)
Schedule:
Approximately 16 hours/week (typically 4 hours/day, Monday-Thursday)
Flexible scheduling to support multiple work shifts, with occasional Tuesday-Friday schedules
Opportunity for additional hours at our other site in Wilmington.

Coach and motivate members on the fitness floor
Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized exercise programs
Lead 3+ group fitness classes each week
Deliver wellness and engagement programs
Assist with fitness center operations and membership administration
Summary:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field
Current nationally accredited Personal Training certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent)
