The Role We Want You For

You will have the responsibility of providing high-level support to executive management staff for the Operations Department. This will include, but not be limited to, managing housing leases and associated needs for employees who are working out of town, triaging telephone calls, maintaining accurate, detailed, and easy-to-find records of all correspondence, scheduling meetings, monitoring email and voicemail (as requested and appropriate).

The Specifics of the Role

  • Coordinating with internal employees and management regarding housing needs and approvals
  • Coordinating with external leasing offices, landlords, utility providers, rental companies
  • Communicating with different departments within the Clayco Enterprise
  • Maintaining accurate, detailed, and organized records
  • Executing contracts (rental documents, employee travel agreements)
  • Invoice management and data storage
  • Market research

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Word)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Works well on a team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)

Salary Range: Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.

Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.
