REPORT TO: Director of Human Resources & Risk Management
PURPOSE
The Corporate HR Generalist provides human resources support for Corporate and Robin Development Center employees while administering key HR programs and compliance activities across Robin Industries' U.S. operations. This position is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, personnel records, HR compliance, employee engagement, and the company's co-op program.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Serve as the primary Human Resources contact for Corporate and Robin Development Center employees, providing support related to company policies, employee relations, performance concerns, onboarding, and other HR matters.
Manage recruitment for hourly positions at the Robin Development Center and professional positions throughout the organization, excluding senior leadership roles, including applicant review, initial candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Organize, maintain, and audit personnel files and HR records to ensure accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Coordinate HR compliance activities and required reporting, including EEO-1 reporting, Affirmative Action Plans, VEVRAA, Section 503, and other federal, state, and local requirements, as applicable.
Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process for U.S. employees and support ongoing benefits administration through ADP Workforce Now, including employee communications, enrollment support, data audits, and resolution of benefits-related issues.
Maintain HR data integrity within ADP Workforce Now and prepare reports and audits to support compliance and organizational needs.
Manage the company's co-op program, including coordination with colleges and universities, hiring managers, and students throughout the recruiting, selection, onboarding, and program experience.
Lead and support employee committees, engagement activities, recognition programs, and other initiatives that strengthen employee involvement and workplace culture.
Assist with the development, administration, and communication of HR policies, procedures, programs, and employee communications.
Participate in HR projects, audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with HR team members across company locations to promote consistency and best practices.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
