At Greencroft Communities, you’ll partner with leadership to:
- Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Assist with salary benchmarking and job structure development
- Help ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
- Contribute to training, policy updates, and organizational initiatives
You’ll work closely with the CHRO while also building strong relationships with campus teams.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in HR leadership or supervision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Comfortable working across multiple HR functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
- HR leadership experience, including supervision
- SHRM certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
