WHAT WE OFFER:
Job Description:
Provides continual Company presence & support throughout the organization with customers in the performance of the following duties and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and test fire protection systems to ensure functionality, including but not limited to:
Fire Sprinkler Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
Portable Fire Extinguishers
Backflow Preventers
Fixed Extinguishing Systems
Serve internal and external customers continuously.
Render all services in accordance with manufacturer instructions, related codes/standards, and company policies and procedures.
Schedule and coordinate inspections with local Eagle Fire managers and customers.
Provide documentation of inspections for company records, customer records, authorities having jurisdiction, and any other required entity.
Ensure timely completion of electronic inspection reports utilizing Profit Zoom.
Communicate discrepancies, necessary system repairs, job schedules, routine communications, and other important issues to the customer.
Market additional company services to existing and potential customers.
Provide on-call availability for customer emergencies and support for special projects as scheduled.
Train Technician Trainees as assigned.
Continuously progress on NICET certifications applicable to the job role.
Support other departments of the company as needed.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
