What role will you play?

You will work closely with the Head of Portfolio Management to manage the Corporate & Institutional Banking (Real Estate) lending portfolio, monitoring existing exposures and contributing to portfolio-level risk management activities that align with internal risk profiles. This will include ongoing credit analysis and financial modelling to identify, understand and mitigate key credit risks across the client portfolio.

• An in-depth understanding of real estate finance, including an understanding of complex business structures
• Analytical and financial modelling skills with demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights to support decision making
• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively manage and influence a range of stakeholders
• Ability to identify changing priorities and solve qualitative and quantitative problems as they arise
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, decision-making, and business outcomes.
