Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, solutions-driven Corporate Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of learning solutions from needs analysis through evaluation, supporting key organizational priorities including compliance, corporate policies, leadership development, and employee relations.
This position requires a strong foundation in the ADDIE model, combined with excellent project management capabilities and a sharp attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables. The ideal candidate is both creative and structured and able to translate complex content into engaging learning experiences while managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business leaders to design and deliver impactful, scalable learning programs using modern tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, and the Microsoft 365 suite.
Hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our Minnetonka office.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field
2+ years of corporate instructional design experience
Demonstrated experience applying the ADDIE model across multiple projects
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Exceptional attention to detail, including content accuracy, consistency, and quality control
Hands-on experience with:
Articulate Storyline and Rise 360- this is required
Video creation tools (e.g., Vyond)
Microsoft 365 suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience working with stakeholders and translating complex content into engaging learning solutions
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Position's Pay Range:
$75,000 - $95,000
