Seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician to support restaurant and corporate IT systems in a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA.
- Provide basic troubleshooting, system repair, and customer support for hardware, software, and networks.
- Assist with implementation, testing, and ongoing support of applications and systems.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management, offering advice and feedback.
- Support project plans and contribute to technical changes and improvements.
- Demonstrate competencies in problem-solving, communication, organization, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preferred experience in foodservice or a global environment with English and Japanese.
- Foundation IT knowledge required; work under supervision following standard procedures.
- Pay range: $24.00 - $30.00/hr, DOE.
