Seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician to support restaurant and corporate IT systems in a hybrid role based in Irvine, CA.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting, system repair, and customer support for hardware, software, and networks.
  • Assist with implementation, testing, and ongoing support of applications and systems.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management, offering advice and feedback.
  • Support project plans and contribute to technical changes and improvements.
  • Demonstrate competencies in problem-solving, communication, organization, adaptability, and professionalism.
  • Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with preferred experience in foodservice or a global environment with English and Japanese.
