Wanted: Sheet Metal Mechanic

An MRO at the Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport is seeking an Inspector who is heavily experienced in writing reports. This person will perform inspections, become part 65 certified, and report directly to the Chief Inspector.


Key Responsibilities

**Perform preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process and final inspections

**Research any additional information for chief inspector and service managers as necessary.

**Research aircraft records as required and generate aircraft status reports to assist service managers and the production department.

**Communicate with chief inspector, service managers and production personnel as necessary.

**Assist A&P technicians with locating technical documentation.




Qualifications

**Experience with FAA form 337

**Experience handling inspection forms directly from the manufacturer

**Experience writing malfunction or defect reports
