Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the structuring, formation, and management of corporate entities and joint ventures.
2. Providing advice on corporate governance matters, including drafting and reviewing corporate policies and procedures.
3. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
4. Advising clients on legal risks and recommending effective strategies.
5. Coordinating with other team members to ensure all legal aspects of transactions are properly addressed.
6. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect corporate governance and joint ventures.
7. Participating in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a corporate law environment, with a focus on joint ventures and business formations.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing.
7. Admission to the state bar where the firm is located.
8. The ability to think strategically and analytically, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
9. A strong commitment to client service and ethical practice.
