Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
  • Advise clients on legal risks, business strategies, and other corporate matters.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and international corporate law.
