Job Details

Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate documents such as contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
Advise clients on legal risks, business strategies, and other corporate matters.
Conduct due diligence and manage transactional processes for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide proactive legal advice.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Experience with cross-border transactions and international corporate law.
