Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Location: Portland, OR – Hybrid in our collaborative headquarters, where our team works closely together to solve complex business challenges.

Note: Candidates must have an active Oregon Bar license and at least 3+ years of corporate law experience

Job Description

• Advise business clients on a broad range of sophisticated corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Develop creative legal strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives.
• Partner closely with clients to solve complex legal and business challenges.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver innovative solutions.
• Build trusted long-term client relationships through exceptional service and strategic guidance.
• Handle diverse legal issues requiring adaptability, sound judgment, and business acumen.
• Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes and strengthen the firm's collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Bar license.
• 3+ yrs of corporate law experience
• Strong background advising business clients.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative legal solutions.
• Solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
