Position: Corporate Lawyers — Occupation Research Survey
Type:Contract
Compensation:$50/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Complete a written survey to identify dimensions that distinguish jobs within corporate law.
• Write concise notes and clarify unfamiliar terms as needed.
• Provide insights based on your professional perspective without additional research.
• Ensure responses are general and exclude confidential details.
• Respond in English using your own experience.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5+ years of hands-on corporate-law experience.
• Current or recent experience with the U.S. professional context.
• Experience as a practicing lawyer in a law firm or in-house role.
• Ability to describe the occupation from direct professional experience.
