Core Duties Include:
• Draft and revise legal contracts, closing documentation, and outgoing communications to clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end transaction closings, which involves signature tracking and adherence to project timelines.
• Uphold and manage the records of corporate entities and related legal documents.
• Ensure efficiency in DocuSign processes, manage closing binders, and keep organizational charts up to date.
• Facilitate clear communication channels between clients, legal team members, and external parties during transactions.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and daily administrative functions for attorneys.
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in supporting legal professionals in business, corporate, or transaction-related fields.
• Familiarity with mergers, acquisitions, company setups, or corporate documentation is highly valued.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management systems.
