Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 + Overtime Eligibility
A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and transactional support to attorneys in a fast-paced corporate law practice. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys being a critical resource to legal teams and clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys with document preparation, transaction coordination, calendar management, client communications, and a variety of administrative functions that contribute to the efficient execution of corporate legal matters.
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who anticipates attorney needs, takes initiative, and requires minimal supervision. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
