In this role you will support the Corporate Development and M&A growth activities of the company, including financial analysis, target evaluation, due diligence, pipeline management, and integration planning. Qualifications:Financial Modeling Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel with a proven ability to build and maintain complex, integrated financial models.
Technical Accounting Fluency: Understanding of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and a mastery of core valuation methodologies, including DCF and precedent transactions.
Precision & Analytical Rigor: A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, paired with the problem-solving skills necessary to navigate complex deal structures.
Collaborative Drive: A proactive, "team-first" mentality with the ability to execute high-stakes tasks within a small, dynamic M&A group.

Travel Requirements:
This position does not require regular travel as part of its primary responsibilities. However, occasional travel may be required, up to 10%, primarily for occasional off-site meetings, training sessions, or company events. Travel, when necessary, will be communicated in advance and aligned with business needs.
