The Role
Join lean deal teams (partner + associate + paralegal). Draft and negotiate SPAs, asset purchase agreements, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, NDAs, and ancillary docs. You're on client calls from day one, coordinating closings, and working directly with partners who mentor through live deals.
The Candidate
2–4 years of real M&A deal experience from BigLaw, strong midsize, or reputable boutique. Must be able to independently draft and negotiate transactional documents. High attention to detail, strong communicator, responsive, and personable. Culture fit matters.
