Corporate M&A Attorney: Lead Deals in Orange County's Premier Market

One of our best clients, a highly regarded firm in Irvine, California, is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Attorney with 4+ years of experience to lead and execute transactions. You will work collaboratively with tax and other specialists to structure deals and advise clients on the practical business issues that come with acquisitions.

This is an in-office role in the heart of Orange County's legal and business hub. Ideal candidates bring significant deal experience and a client-first approach.

What You'll Do

• Lead clients through mergers and acquisitions and related financings
• Structure and execute deals in collaboration with tax and specialist counsel
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of transaction agreements
• Form and maintain business entities and advise on corporate governance
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout each transaction

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate M&A or transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills on complex deals
• Experience with private company or private equity transactions is a plus
• Excellent client service skills and a collaborative deal-team mindset
