Sustained members of our team demonstrate accountable behavior and share our values of customer service, innovation, integrity, financial stewardship, inclusion, leadership and care.The Corporate Manager of Foundation Relations is charged with planning and executing meaningful donor recognition events, supporting innovative community and corporate engagement opportunities, leading direct response strategies, and collaborating with the Foundation staff on gift planning and grant strategies.**Essential Activities and Tasks****Event Planning and Execution - 45%*** Plans and coordinates donor recognition events across the Ohio Living network.* Creates and executes meaningful engagement opportunities for community and corporate partners.* Manages event logistics including site selection, vendors, and attendee communications.* Supports on-site event execution in partnership with Foundation team.* Conducts post-event analysis to determine successes and opportunities for improvement.**Direct Response - 20%*** Collaborates with external consultants and internal Brand & Growth department on the end-to-end execution of direct response strategies from concept to delivery.* In partnership with Foundation Analyst, examines data to define audiences and personalize acknowledgements and appeals to increase engagement and retention.* Tracks response rates, ROI and KPIs to optimize future mailings.**Gift Planning and Grant Support - 25%*** Provides support to Gift Planning team during short-term campaigns to enhance donor and funder relationships.* Supports donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies to increase donor retention and overall giving.* Develops and executes strategies to enhance the planned giving program, including stewardship of current members of the Living Legacy Society.* Manages the Ohio Living staff campaign.**Project Management - 10%*** Leads the planning and execution of short-term Foundation projects with specific goals and timeframes.* Provides timely updates and communication to Foundation team and Ohio Living staff as appropriate.**All other duties as assigned.****Qualifications**Education* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field required.Experience* Three years experience in event management, marketing, fundraising, public relations or other relevant positions required.* Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the internet required.* Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics preferred.Other Requirements* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.* Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
