Corporate Marketing Director

Job Description:
A multi-line property and casualty insurance company is seeking a Corporate Marketing Director. The Corporate Marketing Director will have the unique opportunity to build and lead a unified marketing function that directly shapes how customers experience and engage with the organization’s brand. The Corporate Marketing Director will bring together existing state-level digital campaigns and marketing committee efforts into a cohesive, data-driven strategy that strengthens customer acquisition, retention and overall brand awareness across a six-state footprint. Partnering closely with state managers and state sales managers, this executive will identify target customer segments, refine how the organization reaches and communicates with them, and elevate customer experience through thoughtful, insight-driven initiatives. This is a retained search.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals, market opportunities, and growth priorities across the property and casualty business.

• Brand and Campaign Management - Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, while leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and traditional channels.

• Digital Marketing and Performance - Manage digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and website performance to drive traffic, engagement and conversion.

• Customer Insights and Experience - Leverage market research, customer insights, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and lead initiatives that enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration and Budget Oversight - Partner with sales, underwriting, product, customer service and state leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, while managing the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field

• 8+ years of expanded marketing experience

• 3+ years in a marketing leadership role

• Property and casualty insurance industry experience (strongly preferred)

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

• Strong proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and marketing analytics software
