Position Summary

The Marketing and Sales Intern will support Corporate Marketing and Sales leadership by improving the quality, accuracy, and completeness of customer and account data within Salesforce and other marketing platforms. This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate account and contact information, facilitate structured data review meetings, and maintain high-quality CRM data that supports sales enablement, marketing initiatives, and client engagement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Corporate Marketing on sales and marketing data management initiatives that improve the quality and effectiveness of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and interviews with Managing Directors, Sales Directors, and other internal stakeholders to review and validate account and contact information.
  • Lead meetings using a coordinated and outlined structure to ensure consistent, complete, and accurate information is collected across all assigned accounts.
  • Collect, validate, and organize customer and account data including contact information, organizational details, communication preferences, and other relevant business information.
  • Enter, update, and maintain Salesforce records while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established data standards.
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and follow up with stakeholders as needed to resolve gaps or questions.
  • Assist with data quality initiatives in HubSpot, including reviewing, updating, organizing, and maintaining marketing contact records and related information.
  • Support sales enablement and marketing initiatives by ensuring account and contact information is accurate, current, and accessible.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling internal, client, account, and contact information.
  • Perform other related duties and administrative support tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, communications, sales, or related degree program- preferred
  • Prior internship, coursework, or experience related to marketing, sales, business administration, data management, or customer relationship management systems- preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn and accurately use Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Ability to take direction effectively, ask clarifying questions, and follow established processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to schedule and conduct structured information-gathering meetings.
  • Professional, dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.

  • Valid government issued ID to work int he United States
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to Travel Less than 10%
