About The Role
Summary
The Mortgage Loan Processor II position requires outstanding customer service and communication skills. Mortgage loan processors should have an aptitude in math and excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail is essential. The Mortgage Loan Processor II processes and prepares for closing retail mortgage loans (conventional & government, construction, purchase & refinance, portfolio ARMs) under various loan programs in accordance with policies and procedures.
This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our nine-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. The entry-rate for this position is $21.83 + /hour (calculated for Kalispell, MT)
WA Applicants ONLY: Spokane, WA range $24.38 to $36.59 an hour. Wenatchee, WA $24.72 to $37.09 an hour.
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
