The Atlanta Office of a national Am Law 100 law firm is seeking qualified applicants for a Corporate Paralegal position.
A Day in the Life:
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a busy mergers and acquisitions team in the Atlanta office of Nelson Mullins. Responsibilities include managing client workflows, supporting M&A transactions, preparing documents and transaction slide decks, filing with Secretaries of State, assisting with legal diligence, researching corporate records across jurisdictions, conducting legal research, and reviewing lien, litigation, and diligence materials. As you grow in the role, you will have opportunities to take on more client-facing responsibilities and support increasingly complex, time-sensitive projects.

The team is willing to consider both experienced candidates and those who are new to the paralegal field and is committed to training the right individual. You will be trained to handle matters in accordance with the team's established processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable following instructions, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. This position supports a highly collaborative, fast-paced team and calls for clear communication, accountability, and a proactive mindset. Candidates must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, deliver excellent client service, and work overtime as needed. A four-year degree is preferred, though relevant experience may substitute. This role offers a strong opportunity for a motivated candidate to build a long-term career within the practice.
