The Paralegal plays a key role in supporting the Americas Legal team across a broad range of corporate, governance, transactional, and litigation-related activities. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys working independently, managing complex information, and partnering with attorneys, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful impact on corporate governance, M&A activity, compliance, and legal operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Compensation
This roles pay range is between: $71,000 - $88,000. This role is also bonus eligible.
