What You'll Bring:

Experience in corporate transactions.
An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal issues.
Comfort with drafting key legal documents.
An aptitude for managing client documents. 
Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $50,000 to $90,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location.
