The Corporate Paralegal will support the legal team by managing corporate documentation, coordinating filings, and assisting with transactional processes to ensure smooth operations in the business services industry.

Description

  • Prepare and manage corporate documents, including contracts, resolutions, and organizational filings.
  • Coordinate and oversee corporate filings with various governmental agencies.
  • Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
  • Maintain and update corporate records and databases.
  • Support attorneys with corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Research legal and regulatory requirements as needed.
  • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding corporate matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department.

Profile

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:

  • Experience with corporate document preparation and management.
  • Familiarity with corporate filings and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and corporate record-keeping systems.
