Verrill offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as a collaborative work environment in which our employees can grow and prosper both professionally and personally.Responsibilitiesdrafting, reviewing, and analyzing legal documents;preparing and filing annual reports, audit letters and annual compliance filings;managing and maintaining corporate records;collaborating with attorneys on fast paced merger and acquisition closings and other corporate matters;interfacing professionally with clients and other legal professionals;maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualificationshighly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills;at least three (3) years of relevant experience preferred;Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate is a plus;capable of producing high quality work in a timely and professional manner while providing exceptional client service and team support in a fast‑paced environment;exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills;financial acumen;advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);proven project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks successfully;enjoy working as part of a team in a collaborative environment.CompensationHourly rate: $48.71 - $51.28. This is Verrill's good faith estimate of the hourly rate for the position at the time of this posting for the indicated location. Final compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, job‑related qualifications and other market factors.
