Chicago, IL (Hybrid)$100,000 – $165,000 Base + BonusOur client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its in-house legal team. This role offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of transactional and corporate matters in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport corporate transactions, including entity formations, restructurings, financings, and M&A activitiesDraft and review corporate documents, including resolutions, operating agreements, consents, and transaction‑related materialsAssist with due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiativesMaintain corporate records, minute books, and entity management databasesCoordinate and manage domestic and multi‑state filings, including formations, qualifications, and annual reportsPartner closely with legal, compliance, and business teams on ongoing initiativesTrack deadlines, closing checklists, and post‑closing requirementsQualifications5+ years of corporate/transactional paralegal experience (law firm or in‑house)Strong experience supporting corporate governance and complex transactionsFamiliarity with entity management, multi‑state filings, and corporate records maintenanceExperience with due diligence, contract support, and closing processesHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage competing prioritiesBenefitsPersonal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
