· Manage annual corporate filings, franchise tax reports, and other state compliance requirements for all company entities across multiple jurisdictions.· Coordinate entity formations, qualifications, withdrawals, mergers, conversions, and dissolutions, working with outside counsel as needed.· Work with the Tax Department to obtain EINs and ensure proper tax registrations for all entities.· Respond to internal and external requests for entity information, including due diligence requests, audit inquiries, and lender requirements.· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate legal environment, with demonstrated expertise in entity management and corporate governance.· Hands-on experience with entity formation, annual filings, and corporate maintenance activities required.· Experience in real estate, REIT, or related industry preferred.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with entity management software.· Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate legal issues clearly to non-legal stakeholders.· Team player with exceptional organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.· Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.· Superior attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work product.· Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and business information.· Experience working in a fast-paced, fluid, and collegial corporate culture.· 401k with matching company contributionsGet to know us better on !As the nation's premier home leasing company, Invitation Homes provides over 80,000 high-quality homes for lease in 16 markets across the country.
