Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team ion Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and proven experience providing support in various corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions
• Perform legal research and analysis on corporate governance and compliance issues
• Manage corporate filings and maintain corporate records
• Support attorneys in due diligence processes for corporate transactions
• Coordinate communication between internal departments and external counsel

Requirements:

• Paralegal certification or relevant degree in Legal Studies
• Proven experience working as a corporate paralegal or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software
