NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a professional services organization to identify a Corporate Paralegal in Dallas, TX. This role is fully onsite and will support senior legal leadership with corporate legal operations, contract administration, litigation support, and compliance initiatives across multiple business entities.


This position is ideal for an experienced in-house corporate paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting executive leadership, and can balance litigation, transactional work, and corporate governance responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.


Required:

• 5–10 years of in-house corporate paralegal experience supporting a General Counsel or senior legal executive

• Experience supporting litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and legal document preparation

• Strong contract drafting experience, including NDAs, procurement agreements, and first-pass contract preparation using templates

• Experience supporting multi-entity organizations and corporate legal operations

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment


Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate

• Experience with corporate compliance, governance, and transactional legal matters

• Understanding of depositions and litigation processes

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, with experience maintaining legal documentation and workflows

• Collaborative, adaptable personality with high integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
