This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting corporate transactions, governance, compliance, and legal operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion while partnering closely with internal leadership and outside counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with corporate entity maintenance, governance records, and organizational documentation across multiple jurisdictionsPrepare and organize legal documents including resolutions, consents, contracts, and compliance filingsSupport transactional activities through document coordination, due diligence tracking, and file managementMaintain legal records, databases, and document management systems to ensure accuracy and complianceCoordinate with outside counsel and internal departments regarding legal documentation and ongoing mattersTrack deadlines, filings, and other critical legal obligations across multiple projectsAssist with review and organization of investor, fund, and securities-related documentationSupport contract administration, including vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, and other commercial documentsHelp facilitate legal department projects and administrative initiatives as assignedHandle confidential legal and business information with professionalism and discretionQualifications5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm environment (experience in the energy and/or real estate industries is highly preferred)Strong experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and transactional legal mattersProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential informationExperience supporting securities or fund-related matters is a plusParalegal certificate or certification is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
