We are an established law firm with multiple offices across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, known for a sophisticated corporate and transactional practice. Our team supports clients on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and complex entity structuring matters, and we are looking to add an experienced corporate paralegal to support that work

Job Details

7+ years of experience as a corporate or transactional paralegal in a law firm setting (in-house-only experience does not meet this requirement)
Demonstrated experience supporting M&A transactions and financing deals
Experience preparing and maintaining corporate records, resolutions, consents, and governance documents
Experience managing entity formation, qualification, and compliance filings across multiple jurisdictions
