As a Corporate Paralegal within the PL Product Design Practice Group (PL PDPG), you will collaborate with attorneys across all of our PL PDPG products in Auto, Property, and Special Lines on a range of regulatory and compliance issues. The responsibilities include extensive regulatory research and analysis, assisting in the review of state laws across all products, as well as tracking, compiling, and updating information on regulatory law changes and related compliance efforts. Additionally, this role will support the development of knowledge-sharing resources.

Must-have qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of 4 years paralegal-level work experience.
• {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher or a Paralegal certificate and a minimum of 2 years related work experience in a legal environment.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to perform regulatory and legal research and analysis, and parse through insurance statutes and regulations in the areas of Auto, Property and/or Special Lines
• Familiarity with electronic research tools such as WestLaw, LEXIS and/or NILS
• Good working knowledge and ability to provide support with the following software applications: Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Ability to collect, analyze, organize, coordinate, and track data and manage dynamic tasks and priorities
• Strong organizational skills

Compensation

• $75,164 - $81,700/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
