Description
- Assist with corporate governance, including preparing board meeting materials and maintaining corporate records.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage filings with government agencies and maintain legal databases.
- Conduct legal research to support the Legal team's initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff as needed.
Profile
A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
- 1-3 years of being a corporate paralegal is a MUST
- Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Offer
- Salary between $80,000 and $85,000 per year.
