Corporate Paralegal Location: Onsite, Raleigh, NC.Schedule: 3 days per week in office.About the Role The Corporate Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to corporate attorneys, conducting research, preparing documents, and handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.Qualifications Associate's degree or certification in Paralegal Studies, with 5+ years of experience in a corporate law firm or in‑house legal department, or equivalent education and experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple deadlines.Experience drafting correspondence and legal documents.Proficiency in conducting online legal research.Experience with document management systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics, and ContractSafe.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and general administrative tasks, including maintaining legal databases.Conduct legal and factual research, identifying relevant statutes, regulations, case law, and other materials.Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal memoranda.Draft and review transactional and corporate governance documents for accuracy and completeness.Organize, analyze, and validate information to ensure consistency across documents.Assist with the coordination and management of legal and cross‑functional projects.Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
