A leading law firm serving high-growth companies, investors, and emerging businesses is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support attorneys and clients across a wide range of corporate transactions and governance matters. This role provides hands-on experience with company formations, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and corporate compliance activities for private and public companies.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple stakeholders and transaction deadlines.

Maintain accurate and current corporate records, including:
Certificates of incorporation
Bylaws
