Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, agreements, and court filings.
2. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support litigation and transactional practices.
3. Ensure legal compliance across all corporate operations.
4. Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they meet the company's standards and legal requirements.
5. Maintain an organized and up-to-date document management system.
6. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in all aspects of work.
7. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex legal matters.
8. Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
9. Conduct due diligence for various corporate transactions.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.
2. Proven experience in litigation, document preparation, and corporate law.
3. Strong knowledge of legal research methods and legal compliance.
4. Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract review.
5. Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
8. Proficiency in document management and maintaining confidentiality.
9. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
10. Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
11. Experience in conducting due diligence for corporate transactions.
