Overview LHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a temporary contract opportunity with a growing organization in Tampa, Florida. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting corporate transactions, entity management, and contract administration in either a law firm or corporate legal department.Responsibilities Assist attorneys with corporate governance and entity management matters.Prepare and maintain corporate records, resolutions, annual reports, and organizational documents.Support the formation, dissolution, and maintenance of corporate entities across multiple jurisdictions.Draft, review, and manage routine corporate and commercial agreements.Coordinate contract execution and maintain contract databases.Assist with mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, and other corporate projects.Conduct legal and corporate research as needed.Manage corporate filings and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.Organize and maintain electronic legal files and corporate records.Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.Experience supporting a corporate legal department or business law practice.Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and contract administration.Experience preparing corporate documents and maintaining corporate records.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with minimal supervision.Bachelor\'s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, compliance initiatives, or corporate transactions.Experience with multi-state entity management and annual filings.Why Consider This Opportunity?
