Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team in Tampa with pay ranging from 80K-110K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and provide support in various corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and resolutions
• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate issues
• Manage corporate governance documentation and compliance
• Support attorneys in preparation for closings, hearings, and trials
• Coordinate with external parties including clients, vendors, and government agencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies or related field
• Proven work experience as a Corporate Paralegal or similar role
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in legal research and document management
